Our Story

History of Siddiq Senior High School (Siddiq SHS)

Established in 1989, Siddiq Senior High School is a beacon of academic excellence and moral guidance located in Agona Nyakrom, Ghana. Originally a private institution, the school became government-assisted in 2013, expanding its reach and resources. Siddiq SHS was founded with a mission to harmonize academic rigor with Islamic principles, nurturing well-rounded individuals who excel in both secular and religious domains.

Siddiq SHS is recognized for its dedication to producing graduates who thrive in diverse fields such as academia, business, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. With a faculty strength of 35 and a growing student body of 400, the school continues to uphold its vision of fostering quality education and sound moral training.

Adjacent to the Zongo Community and Catholic Basic Schools, Siddiq SHS offers a serene and inclusive environment for learning. The school integrates the Ghana Education Service curriculum with specialized Islamic teachings, providing students with a comprehensive education that prepares them for both local and global challenges.
